Privacy Policy

Patria Bible Institute ("PBI"), a ministry of Patria Church, collects the personal information you provide in your application and enrollment — name, contact details, date of birth, education background, and payment method references — solely to administer admissions, enrollment, and tuition billing.

Payment data. Card details are tokenized in your browser by Square and never reach PBI's servers. We store only a Square customer reference, card brand, and last four digits.

Sharing. With your consent, enrollment and academic record information is shared with Life Pacific University for the purposes of the academic partnership. We do not sell personal information.

Retention. Signed agreements and payment records are retained for seven years as required for accounting and tax purposes.

California Consumer Privacy Act. California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information. Deletion preserves financial records required for accounting and tax while removing non-essential personal data. Send requests to pbi@patria.church.
