Late fees and grace periods
- Certificate Track: if a scheduled automatic payment fails, we notify you and allow 5 business days to update your payment information. If unresolved, a late fee of 10% of the missed payment applies and enrollment is placed on hold.
- Degree Track: a 10% late fee applies if the semester balance is not paid in full by November 15 (fall) or April 15 (spring).
- Late fees always appear as their own line on your ledger — never folded into another payment.
- There are no processing or convenience fees. The amounts above are the full advertised price.
